Schalk completed his degree and honours in accounting in 2002 at a leading university.
He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers for his three-year apprenticeship.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant and registered auditor he gained experience in various business sectors for more than 5 years.
This includes being financial manager of international pharmaceutical, banking, and engineering companies.
He opened his own practice in 2012 which now includes branches in the UK, Portugal, and South Africa.
More than 20 years of business and audit experience has provided him with a fundamental grasp on internal controls and optimum business processes.
He enjoys the game of squash and regularly competes in European tournaments.
Angelique is a qualified technical accountant which she obtained through ICB and is currently studying towards her postgraduate education in accounting.
She has not stepped away from the business environment, gaining experience in various industries while working as free-lance accountant.
At the beginning of 2020, Angelique joined the Vantage Point team. She worked her way up with dedication and diligence and was promoted to financial manager at the start of 2023.
She is a team player and achieved first place in numerous local CrossFit teams tournaments over the last 10 years.
